MEDITATION

BODY AWARENESS (I)

http://jmmantel.net

Feel the body as one global sensation.

Stay a moment in this silent feeling.

Feel the space in front of the body.

Feel the space at the right side of the body.

Feel the space at the left side of the body.

Feel the space behind the body.

Feel the space all around the body.

Be one with this sensation.

Let the space around the body breathe with the body.

The whole room is breathing.

Contact the vacuity of the space within the body.

Contact the vacuity of the space outside the body.

Unify the space within and the space outside as one sensation.

Be one with this sensation.

Go down consciously in your breathing.

Keep the lips and the mucous membrane of the mouth very sensitive.

Keep the same quality of breathing from the beginning to the end. The same density.

Go with the breathing out.

Follow it until its complete end.

Don't anticipate the breathing in.

Let the breathing out totally vanish in the silence which lies after the breathing out and before the breathing in.

Don't remain as an observer.

Be one with the silence itself.

Be aware of the silent background before breathing, during breathing and after breathing.

Leave the breathing.

Be only attention.

Attention without intention.
